Just call the catheter cowboy…

 

Add some brown sugar to the top and use a torch to melt/caramelize it. If no torch, stick in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Until sugar is mostly melted. It will make tolerable. Not great, but edible. May need to add a few pinches of cinnamon.
