I have a 2004 TRD Tacoma PreRunner with the automatic transmission and was wondering what parts i’d need to manual swap it and how much it’ll all cost.

I’ve heard these manual transmissions are increasingly difficult to source at this point, because of people looking to upgrade to manual over the years.
Try your local junk/scrap/tow yards. Maybe find a cheap donor car with one that can be rebuilt if needed. good luck.
