Unless you are running a super charger or turbo (boost, non-N?A), "performance" injectors are a waste of money. However, MotorWest Performance does sell what they call "Upgraded" Denso injectors. Many of the members here run them (including myself). If you are not N/A call MotorWest and talk to them about what you're after. They will get you sorted. If you are N/A you will not see "performance improvements" outside of replacing the 25 year old injectors.

FWIW, many of the write ups and even the FSM itself, suggests using gas as a lube on the o rings while installing the injectors, but the motorwest injectors ship with a small tube of super lube. Go with the super lube. The fuel causes the o ring to expand, and can lead to pinching the o ring, and ultimately leaking.

Intake and Exhaust do not count towards boost or even performance. They are almost always better in sticker tune hp than real world hp. The 3.4 really needs some help (from a SC or turbo) and a standalone tunable ECU (Haltech) to get real gains.
