I had recently started to hear a louder squeak than usual coming from the leaf springs. Upon looking further into the noise I located some damage to the driver side hanger. Was curious if this was from previous off road trips and the leaf had flexed into the hanger causing damage. Also is it something that needs to be address or let it ride ? Flimsy Shackle Hangers. This is a known issue with offroading, hard driving, etc...

This is also why there are like 5 vendors selling their version of beefed up shackle hangers. Eg Archive, Bamf, tacomapros, drt, etc
