I will be installing a Fabtech 3" spindle lift on my 5lug and am also looking at new wheels. From what I've read on TW and Fatbobs, the recommended wheel size is 15x7 with a 3.75" BS but the wheels I want are 15x7 with a 4" BS. Will it just not fit or will I need to do some trimming? Thanks in advance for all the knowledge

If they are requiring 3.75" BS for the wheels, that would be more than likely for clearance of the spindles and upper ball joint.
Depending on your choice of tire the 4" BS might fit?
Or you may need to run wheel spacers.
