Ratchet straps have so many uses. Always carry a few extra.

Welcome to the Outer Banks, land of the entitled! There are some really nice, helpful people who live here and would do anything to help anyone, but than there are the entitled a**holes who either are to busy to help you or charge you an arm and a leg!!! Glad you got your trailer fixed and hopefully it didn't ruin your vacation. I go to the NAPA store in Kitty Hawk often, some very nice and helpful people work that store. My good friend Trig manages that store, always has good people. If ever you're on the OBX and need any auto or marine parts, hit them up! Theyl take good care of you.

Indeed. I did meet some amazing people and also a few that weren't. Such is everywhere I suppose. My favorite line of the week is "I'm 67. I have no interest in working on trailers." - second mechanic that answered his phone.

I stopped at the store in Roanoke. They definitely changed my mind about that chain. Great little store.
