Help Identifying Wires Near Cabin Fuse Box

HI, I bought a pretty much stock 09 TRD Off Road a couple weeks ago, I've been doing a bunch of mods and stumbled across some scotch locks near the cabin fuse box. I was hoping someone here may be able to identify the wires. Thank you!

 

Probably going to need to follow them to see where they go. We're not going to be able to tell you just from that picture

 

If someone knows what connector that is I can probably find it myself in the wiring diagrams, wiring anything more than a head unit or a light is beyond my skill level

 

Looks like someone installed a aftermarket alarm system,,, green is parking light and green red is horn… assuming the plug is correct. Hope it help
