Met a new neighbor this afternoon with a 99 Access Cab (another DLT - Dad's Last Truck), 5 speed, 212k miles, same year same white AC (33 x 10.50 tires, though) as my contractor friend, who just happened to stop to chat at the same time. "They'll go 600 thousand miles easy," said my friend.

I have 257,000+ and I’m replacing both knock sensors, that is what the code reader said. No mice, thank goodness! And while I’m in here replacing spark plug tunnel gaskets! Quite the job, but I’ve made it this far…now I’m trynna find the coolant line that runs down the back in between firewall and motor!

Rear main seal awhile back. Front wheel bearings right and left. U-joints. Carrier bearing once. Tie-rod ends.
Just now (this week) needed front calipers/rotors/lines. Calipers froze/got sticky. I live in VT the road salt eventually gets ya.
Truck is driven daily but built for off-road. Steel bumpers/winch, rock sliders, skid plates, bedrack, RTT. 285 tires. So there's additional wear and tear but truck has been incredibly reliable on and off-road.

My 06' DCLB with 183k miles. It did get a new frame in 17'
I have had to do so much work. So much so that i'm beginning to think I have a lemon:

In the order that it's happened:
    - front wheel bearings
    - trans case actuator
    - alternator with all the pulleys
    - all struts and springs
    - lower control arm bushings (old ones seized)
    - serpentine belt 5 times (save yourself the trouble and just get a toyota or Bando one)
    - CVs right and left reboot
    - front diff actuator
    - rear axle seals from the breather clogging and blowing them out
    - inner + outer tie rods
    - cam tab gussets as the old ones bent flat
    - new entire rear end as my old one bent
    - ANOTHER new alternator and all the pulleys
    - Valve cover gaskets
    - wheel bearings again
    - U joints
    - front lower ball joints
    - front grille (my old one surprise exploded on the highway)
Theres more i'm probably forgetting. Ive also had to crawl underneath the whole truck to wirewheel all the new rust off the body, frame and other parts before i coated them in POR15 and topcoat. Ive owned the truck since 120k miles

I have 206,000 on my 2008 PreRunner. Just had it repainted last week. (ashamed of what it cost). I need to buy some new Nerf bars and my window shades are on order.

185,000 on my 06. So far nothing major, just little stuff (I have a file full of receipts) "She's" been a solid runner. Paint is flaking off (Arctic White) Bushings, shocks, etc. only. Hope she keeps running strong until my Tesla CyberTruck
    order comes up!

199k on my 2010, only things that have failed on this truck were u joints and carrier bearing, front cover leaking, p/s line leaking, front wheel bearings and rear diff lost some teeth due to my heavy foot offroad once. Everything else I’ve replaced due to upgrading and have just flushed my fluids and kept up with maintenance.

280k on 05 2TR 5spd. Bought it 4 years ago at 230k, since then steering rack, and rn it needs ball joints. Rest is oil and fluids. brakes are supposedly 8 years old at this point but what are ya gonna do, ya got 2nd gear and I never notice an issue braking.
