Tmobil price hike to go affective November.call Tmobil now to opt out of the account transfer if u have the older plans . Such as choice plus and so on . They are automatically transferring people without notice . Typical price increase current plan 50 going up to 75 .

Thanks! Been with them for almost 20 years. I definitely need to keep my old plan. Every time a T-Mobile employee sees my account, they tell me never to upgrade it. Some of the older accounts are much better than what they offer today.

 

I need to call them and get them to 'splain the differences in services offered and costs for my current plan (Magenta 55 Plus) versus the other newer plans, so I know if I want to keep existing or transfer to a newer plan.

 

Update:

I called 611 and told them "I like to opt out of the planned account migration and have the opt-out code added to my account."

The representative helped me within 5 minutes to resolve my request.
