I ran into the same issue this past week installing a used Pelfreybilt bumper. The oil cooler has 2 mount brackets on the front crossmember, and a 3rd(hardline mount) on the passenger frame (behind headlight). The oil cooler has to be shifted rear by 1.5" to clear the bumper mounting studs. I made 3 brackets out of 3/16AL, 1" X 3" overall size. drilled mount holes on brackets at 1.75in apart(enough to shift the cooler and lines back to snug fit against the radiator. simple straight brackets, I did need to source 3x hardware for the new mounts. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

I used flat 3/16AL, steel works too(had AL lying around). I slightly bent my cooler mount plates to allow clearance for hardware install/removal. IMG_2736.HEIC.jpgIMG_2739.HEIC.jpgIMG_2737.HEIC.jpg

Incase anyone’s curious lol, one of my buddies came up with a solution. Since all the relocations online involve relocating on the factory crossmember he had to do some thinking. Ended up running the hoses through a small gap between the frame rails and the radiator and condenser.had to disconnect and drain the lines to get them relocated. It looks crooked right now because it is I just have to mount it to the bottom grill mounts and it is able to sit level and out of the way. Had to notch part of the bumper for the hoses to fit where they are but it still seems very sturdy. Got the crossmember welded in and now the bumper is ready to be built finally.. coastal doesn’t mention any of this shit btw kinda ticked off everything’s gotta be custom and there’s no instructions on what to do with everything in the way. Instructions that came with it were for a 2nd gen.. anyways here’s the pics.
