Had a bunch of errors pop up when I jumped my truck after leaving the keys in all night. Been driving that way for awhile. Took it to the dealership yesterday to look at it and they said I'd have to get a stock grill to get further diagnostics. I told them about the battery draining but they were fixated on the grill. Yes the bracket holding the TSS sensor came loose but I was wondering what does that have to do with stability control? Just want to make sure I'm not getting pushed around by the dealership.

A fault in the sensor, be it a failure or a calibration issue, may well disable other systems. I'm not completely certain if the TSS is tied to traction control, but I know many CEL faults will disable traction control, as well as cruise control. It's quite possible this is what the dealer is referring to here.

Sounds like they're not listening to you. What, was the bracket loose before you jumped your battery?

The bracket was intact. I've installed a new grill. Tried the paper clip zero calibration trick with no luck. Now I'm debating picking up an OBD2 scanner or taking it back to the dealer.
