    multiple visible tiedowns, and safety triangles?

    that is at about a 2/10 on the risk scale. no one runs safety triangles and tiedowns unless they actually want stuff to get to the intended destination, and care about their fellow motorists.

    now google image search 'catastrophic ball joint failure'.

    that's much more of a code brown for all surrounding drivers than this situation.
