Hey Everyone, just wondering if anyone else had this happen. Got new wheels TRD PRO's and Toyo AT3 tires and my TPMS light just came on. Tried doing the reset, but no tire pressure is registering on the dash panel. Any ideas?

Did you put your TPMS sensors in the new wheels?

You need to drive for 5 to 10 miles after doing the reset.

Yes. I did use my existing sensors. I don't think I've driven 5-10 miles since i did the reset though. Maybe that's it?

Yes tpms need to register. Had it done on wife’s car but they replaced the sensors. I wonder if a scan tool will help with what hasn’t registered. Good luck

I know it's stupid obvious, but check the pressure, they may have screwed up or something has actually has changed. Especially the spare if it's got one, wife's Rav4 always kicks off and it is almost always the spare. Well except for this one time . . . welded bead was leaking. :-\ Hoping that's not the case with your new wheels.

I just got a 2007 Tacoma 4x4 and I have a similar problem. The dealer had put new tires on it, and the TPMS light is on constantly. All tires including the spare at 30 psi, pressure reset button has no effect. Anyone recommend a TPMS scanner so I can check and see if the wheels are even reporting in? Or is there another reset/setup procedure? Thanks!
