After getting back from the alignment shop my truck pulls left, i was told by the tech that they couldn't fix the pull due to my camber adjustment being maxed out, after driving the truck for a day i am going to bring it back and have them correct this because im not convinced that this cant be fixed with some different alignment specs.

What should i tell the tech to aim for when i brig the truck back and is there a certain orientation the spc ball joint should go in to get better specs and allow clearance for the bigger 35 inch tire i have on

I have attached the alignment sheet i received from the tech.

What letter are the upper ball joints set at? The camber should be 0/0

I believe a caster of 4/4 will help with clearing 35s.

Even if the lower arms are seized you can perform full alignments on these trucks with SPCs

You want max lower eccentrics for caster, then balanced caster and camber. They need to be within 5% of each other or it will pull.

    3.5-4 caster 0-0.6 camber

so if the adjustment is maxed out for the tech to get them within 5% what could cause this my camber is 2.6 R and 0.6 L

It's your left caster being too high. I do alignments at work, roughly 2 a week. Due to road crown we typically run a little more caster on the RIGHT side to compensate. You have the opposite.

Ya with the amount of negative camber on there my goodness. Truck must wander everywhere and having steering stiffer than concrete.

your camber should be the same on both sides. If you prefer function over looks then I would set camber to +1* on both sides. This will ease up the steering, improve braking, be easier on your front end parts and make the truck less likely to follow ruts in the road.

For caster, as mentioned above you want more on the right side than left. You want 0.5* more caster on the right side than left. If you don't rub presently with your current caster settings or before your alignment then I would suggest 3.75* on the right and 3.25* on the left.

Total Toe I would recommend between 0.02"-0.06" toe in for a good compromise between wear and road manners

It’s been my experience that most alignment techs don’t know how to/don’t want to use the full range of adjustments on the SPCs. That’s honestly why I’m planning on getting different UCAs. I don’t need all the adjustability for my truck.

If someone has SPC they need to choose their alignment shop wisely. An off road shop or a shop that is familiar with them is necessary.
