2003 Taco Ext Cab DLX TRD 4WD MT 3.4L

Pretty sure those are called "push retainers" and I never went on a search for them but just did, no luck. You need to do a color match for the interior so will likely want to go to the local Toyota dealer and see if they can order them. Wife bought me a cheapo assortment of body clips them one year and they are in there along with others, but they are all black.
