Have a 2017 SR5 with On/Off DRL (no Auto). Parked overnight with DRL On, having a parasitic battery drain. Did not think this would happen. Anyone else have this as well?

    Are the DTRL staying on?
I could probably dig up some diagrams and shoot them to you.
If it will help you any?

I have a '17 SR. Very basic level.
My stalk switch has two positions for the DRL.
--- If I have it in the "off" position, the DRL stay off always.
--- If I have it in the "on" position, the DRL will go off with the ignition switch, but will only come on AFTER I have released the parking brake. They'll stay on even with re-engaging the parking brake, but will then go off when the ignition is turned off.
Wonder why your higher level trim is less cooperative.

Stalk switch then has two other positions = running lights and headlights. They will stay on with the ignition off - dammit! And NO chime to warn me they're on. Dammit! I've been lucky so far not to have depleted my battery charge by leaving them on.

Thanks TartanEagle and TnShooter. TE - Appears my SR5 is no different than yours. So you leave the stalk switch to ON all the time? I am having overnight battery drain if I do this. Unsure, but thinking I have a short.

I fly between states. One week here and the next week there.
I leave my stalk switch in the DRL "on" position ALL the time.
Of course, when I'm here (and drive it daily) it gets charged every day; but when I'm there - it sits for a week or more sometimes (in the on position) and does NOT drain my battery.

Thanks TE. Appreciate the update. Would not think it would, but my SR5 does. Since the lights are off, and the switch should be nominal, maybe a short somewhere.

do you have any electrical doodads added? If so, start there and remove them. I am talking down to the phone charger. There was recent follow up this week, of some F'y things going on with someone's truck, and it ended up being some sort of USB type C adapter they had plugged in.

Thanks Chew and Vlady. Appreciate your help. Yes, got all the doodad's unplugged rechecked all doors/domes as well. Appear to be good. Vlady - Thanks for the diagram. In addition to a parked overnight parasitic battery drain when the Stick DLR switch is ON, have an intermittent issue as well. Sometimes, but not all the time, the DRL lights can be turned on with the Stick Switch, even when the Parking Brake is 'pulled up' or in a 'open switch' position.
