Vibrations

I have a 2015 tacoma prerunner with 6/4 lift. Im recently noticing vibrations at 45 to 50 then again 70 to 85mph. I know this is a common issue but mine seems to fade in and out at those speeds. The vibrations come on for about 5 seconds then go away for about 3 seconds continuously. Whether im maintaining a speed, accelerating, or with foot off the gas slowing withing those speeds. My driveline angles are near perfect within .5 degrees. Im baffled. Anyone know what thiss might be?

 

Check your tires? It’s cheap and where I’d start

 

So did it just start? Did you change something then it started.

 

Tires are out of round. Had a shop road force balance them and 1 is way out. Strange they are bf km3s with 40000 miles on them and have perfect wear.
