I posted a notice on a bulletin board this weekend asking if there was anybody interested in some family oriented, double track, Forest Service road day trips. No rock crawling, winching type workouts.
I’m a Veteran and work for the Forest Service so pretty well versed on exercise briefings. Just curious what you would include in a group pre trip discussion?

That’s some great advise. Well noted!

Don't add to the population, don't subtract from the population. Don't end up in the hospital, newspaper or jail. If you end up in jail, establish dominance quickly.

This concludes your trail safety briefing

In all seriousness, keep it short, light and fun. People's attention spans vaporize after 3 minutes. Check the basics, especially gas tanks.
