The turn signals on both sides of the bumper are loose and rattle. Any idea how to tighten? I noticed a little screw on the backside, but it is already tight. Are they just naturally loose like this?

The passenger-side light has been loose on my truck for at least 20 years (more likely since the day I bought the truck). The fitting is tight. I've posted on this forum a couple times but never received an answer. Even after I replaced the light it's still loose. I travel a lot on very bumpy and eroded, rocky trails. Seems like it shoulda rattled out years ago, but like so many other things in life, I just live with it ;).

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I use a spot of clear silicone to hold things in place if it bothers you that much.

I can`t recall ever bouncing one of the lights out altogether.

But why are they loose in the first place (inquiring minds want to know)?

On mine besides the screw the light also has a ball and socket type fastner.

After time the plastic parts just where till it gets sloppy and moves.
