Does the dealer still do the tuning for these ? Or would we need to use the bulldog one that comes with the Magnuson ones ?

 

I would hit up JustDSM. He can do the TRD Flash. Got mine done and it's been working perfect.

 

From what I’ve researched, you can either get the bullydog one from Magnusen (most folks on this forum do not recommend that), use HP Tuners (seems to be the preferred method), or if you have a hook up at a sympathetic dealer they can still give you the TRD flash for the ecu.

The supercharged forum here is a wealth of info. There is a summary post at the beginning that is a good place to start. There is also a separate supercharged tuning forum as well (I have not dug into the tuning forum deeply yet).

Had a few people reach out, but no one that was serious about buying. Ended up listing it on Fleabay but sold to someone semi-local. He made about a 10 hour drive up from Tennessee to meet me in Detroit. I too was pretty shocked that there wasn’t someone on here chomping at the bit to get their hands on that SC lol

 

I'm glad it went to a good home because I had been struggling to not reach out and make some dumb life choices to send it my way.

 

Glad it ended up being sold. I was considering lying to my wife about the size of my bonus this year lol
