2005 Tacoma 265K miles. Getting P0171, P0174..Starts Ok but after it heats up and turned off I'm getting a rough idle and wants to stall out. I can give it gas to keep it going but usually causes misfire. Once RPMs are up enough truck stabilizes enough to drive.Never seem to have issue on initial startup. I've cleaned MAF sensor, replaced PCV valve, plugs have been changed, all coil packs have been replaced earlier because of failure.

Checked for unpluged/cracked hoses but did not find any.

Will your scanner show live engine data?

If so I'd first want to see fuel trims at idle and see if they improve (get closer to 0) with increased RPM.
