Any check engine light is codes? Have you checked any fuses? Will the truck crank or do you get nothing? How do you know you don't have power to the pump? Just won't start? Fuel gauge is broken and you actually have no fuel in the tank? Try to start with starting fluid?

Wellan after some research I found out that the fuel pump will not turn on when the keys in the on position.. the motor actually has to be turning for the pump relay to send power to the pump idk if that's true but I'm going to find out today when I try to crank the truck a couple times cause I can't find any possible problems at this point anything to do with the fuel pump is all new except the computer ... I also wired the pump to battery and it worked and truck ran on starting fluid so that's a good sign .. I also did find a broken power wire to the pump so I replaced it every thing should be good at this point

I'd test the fuel pump relay. It's relatively simple and also inexpensive to replace.

I have put a brand new on on yesterday still no power to the pump when key is at on position... It's because it won't get power unless the crank sensor sends signal to the computer telling it to send fuel I promise that's the truth I just found that out man .. first gen Toyotas do that

Scan it for codes first and report back. It'll save you alot of time

Yes, the pump will run for a few seconds with the key on then shut off until the engine is cranked.

If you don't have access to code reader then using a digital multimeter check the crank sensor wires. If it's a three wire sensor then one should have 5v the other two should create a path to ground.

DONT USE A TEST LIGHT, must be a multimeter

if it's a two wire sensor then with everything plugged in, back probe the connector with sewing needles and check for AC power at the needles while someone cranks it. If you get nothing then you have a break in the wire. If you have power then I would check for power directly at the ecm
