What els do I need for a 3” lift on a 2003 Tacoma?

    YES! Use OEM with new bolts and blue locktite.

    Camburg Mid-Travel Kits come to mind first. I haven't researched it in a long time so I'm sure there are many others out by now.

    TRD Supercharger and more.
    This is the first thing you should do. ASAP. Forget the lift kit until you do this. With Toyota OEM ball joints.

    Then you'll see what you have left in budget for a lift that you likely don't really need. These trucks are way more capable without a lift than most people realize.

    Ya I have heard that the lower ball joints are prone to fail. And also that makes a ton of sense lol fix what would fail before you buy something new a pretty that’s not needed. I have heard everyone say that there way more capable then a beginner off-roader such as myself. I more or less started looking at lift kits because I would love to have one on there for the future and my rear shocks and front coil overs are starting to go bad and it gave me more of a reason to do this rather then out of the blue with no reason put new suspension on it.
