Looking to get new tires before the end of the year, I have been seeing these hybrid tires and was wondering if anyone has a set and what they thought. I am currently running the yokohama geolandar mts on my truck and was looking into getting the nitto trail grappler mts and have several friends that run them and love them.

You gotta share what kind of trails you do.

I couldnt last 2 days with MT tires, hybrids are king for me.

Nittos do seem like the quietest MT tire, the Toyos and Firestones are crazy loud for me.

I'd rather have the Ridge Grappler or the Toyo

Well I live in north ga and spend alot of time in some serious mud and travel up into North Carolina and Tennessee as well. But I do daily my truck and have read some great things about those new rt trail tires.

I havent driven a set yet, but they look awesome, but if you're talking big mud stick to the MT, the further spaced the lugs on the tire the better.

I cant stand doing mud recoveries lol. I'd take any advantage I can get with it.

What about the Kenda Klever RTs? I haven’t run them personally but I’ve been doing a lot of tire research lately and I’ve never been able to find a less than amazing review. They seem to be very popular with the people who do real wheeling.

I run the Grabber ATXs and I haven’t been stuck once with them, but I don’t do mud that’s too crazy.

Ridge Grapplers clear mud really well until they wear about 1/2 way down. Then they clear about as good as an AT. If muds your deal stick with MT's.
