PIAA relay replacement suggestions please

PIAA was sold off to another company and they no longer honor the “lifetime warranty “
I looked around for a PIAA relay on line and everything is out of stock.
Does anybody have a suggestion for a replacement relay I can just swap out without changing out the wiring harness? No part number I can see and it looks like a 4 pin. Thanks
