I'm new to lifts and know very little. I've been reading a lot, but still need some guidance. I recently bought an 02 that has a 3 inch lift. I believe the front is Rough Country coil overs, or maybe it has original spring? No spacers. It looks like the original leafs in the rear, nothing appears added, and there are no names on the rear shocks/struts, or whatever. They are grey/silver colored with this stamped in them: An arrow pointing towards the top with 660770 Q19 051 made in Mexico. No blocks or spacers back there that I can tell.

My question is I'd eventually like to add front and rear plate bumpers and I've read posts saying make sure to accommodate for the extra weight. Would this be adequate for the extra weight for now?

I'll also mention that I'd eventually replace what's on there now with Bilsteins coilovers up front and I'm not sure what to go with on the rear yet, so any advice there would be great.I'd like to end up with a 1.5"-2" lift after the bumpers are installed. I'll include some pictures.
