if you can get vice grips on the head side of the pin and rotate it back and forth a little at a time that usually frees them up. Try something like PB Blaster on the bolt. Just let soak then see what happens.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Every time I ever changed springs I ended up Cutting the hanger bolt off at both sides enough to pry the hanger apart and pry the spring out.

I have never been able to remove the bolt.

    good luck!

Dude. I don't know where to start here. But please stop and do some deep research before you do this.

Before you remove the wheels you needed to have broken loose all the bolts you needed to remove (including the front spring hanger bolts). You almost certainly need a good air impact to remove the forward spring bolts. PB Blaster and Impact is the only way that's coming out unless you have to cut it. You also NEED 6-sided sockets. It looks like you're beginning to round the head of the bolt already.

The fact that you're trying to remove the center pin without any understanding of what it's holding back is plain scary. You need to clamp the leaf pack together before you try to loosen that center pin. If you don't, the individual leaf springs will push apart at force.

I hope your AAL came with new center pins, and that you got new u bolts.

Hopefully you have the proper well supported jackstands below the frame rails and the jack below the axle housing itself. You have to be very careful to not over extend the rear brake line or the other wire loom (locker, abs, etc) going from the frame to the rear axle.

That brick and piece of metal is not well supported, and just flat out dangerous.

You also need to use a ratchet strap to make sure the axle doesn't move aft when it's free floating. You have to make sure the rear drive shaft does not separate at the slip yoke.

When you go to tighten the new u bolts. I would suggest NOT tightening to full torque spec (if full toque is 100, go to 50-60) until you have taken it for a short low speed test drive, and you're sure that everything is in solid working order.

As a general note- The front hanger, shackles, and u bolts, should only be torqued once the truck is on the wheels sitting normally on the ground. If your torque things when the truck is up in the air, you're gonna have a bad day.

    This.

Basically follow the same rules for removal/replacement of a leaf pack.

It's stupid simple to do on your own, but carelessness can make this small job a dangerous one real quick.

I don't know where you are located, but I really suggest seeing if there is a regional sub forum with active members in your area, and finding someone local with some more experience to help you get going through you projects. There are a lot of things that just take time to learn, and while you have certainly shown you're willing to tackle this stuff DIY, I think you would really benefit from going to a few wrench-a-tons / mod-days in your area and getting connected with local guys also working on their trucks.

Region you're in would say more about the condition your truck's in too

I see what looks like a rust-coated leaf pack, so you might find yourself cutting your leaf pack bolts off

I was thinking a little about this- If you're installing an 1.5" Add a leaf- why are you trying to remove the forward spring hanger bolt? You don't need to touch the main leaf spring to install an AAL.
