Used to be able to go 8 miles for $1 now it’s 13 for $5.

 

This is going to sound really crazy… We used to go to the Grocery store and buy a magazine so we could call long distance from a phone attached to the wall to talk to an human to
order cool parts. Then we would pay for them by signing these little numbered pieces of paper and mail them off and then wait for a covered wagon to drop them off.

 

Don't forget car shopping with an Auto Trader...

 

Lol, Auto trader with color photos? Little Nickel and AM radio call in classifieds might have been before your time.

 

Definitely scoured Little Nickles... but by that time, it was mostly junk cars. Never shopped the newspaper classifieds or radio.

 

My folks used to get the Sunday paper from Seattle times. The classifieds section used to look like a phone book.

man, I know the feels. My dog ate a chunk of corn cob which got stuck. long story short, had 2 surgeries, 2nd one caused her her to have internal bleeding and was going septic. emergency vet performed a 3rd surgery to patch her up. She's going to be 8 in January. sending good vibe to you and your pups

Man that sucks. I am happy it ended up working out in the end. People tell me I helicopter parent my dogs, but this is why. It doesn't take much for them to do something dog like and then need to go to the ER.

 

So terribly sorry to hear about your pup. Been there, done that. Chemo gave one of our pups two more years of good quality life with us.

Is there a huge difference from the 2012-2015 bumper to the 05-2011 bumper? I have a 2010 and it looks like there is a piece of metal which comes up from the bumper towards the inner parts of the headlights.
