it sorta does using that setup since its not certified it can tow 6500lbs not saying it wont but it does add a bit of risk to it since there is no proof it can. my 13 i towed a lot with it and its high clearance rear bumper but i never went over 4k weight with it just incase.

 

I'm proof that the RCI bumper can tow north of 8k.

Car trailer with a 3rd gen Explorer on it.

Flat towed one, and then when a different one was completely locked up, we moved it from a lube shop to a real garage
Only a few miles, but still.... Rental car hauler was like 2500 by itself (I didn't pay for it lmao)

Can confirm. 4th gen V8 runner at over 5k on a uhaul trailer from disney to independence yields 3rd gear, 3 tanks of gas, hot brakes, and white knuckles for 5 hours.
