2.7L 4x4 Manual Upstream 02 Sensor

I believe I need to replace my upstream 02 sensor and have come across Denso #

$146 234-9001 Upstream Air Fuel Ratio Oxygen Sensor with 10.6” 4-Wire Harness, for Auto Trans Equipped Vehicles

234-9001. Was ~$200 at local O'Reilly, but found it on Amazon for ~$100, however the listing says for auto transmissions. A few reviews on there said the wires are too short to reach on the 2.7 4x4 manual models. Is that true? Is there a more appropriate part to purchase?

That site shows the same part # number for my truck as well. Seems like they used the same one for a few different models/configurations. Just saw on the Amazon reviews that some people had trouble with the wire not being long enough and having to splice sections of it. And am wondering how common that is or if there is a more appropriate product.

 

I got the Denso upstream sensor from Rockauto.com for $120 ish, same part number. It fit perfectly on my 03 manual 2.7
