My name is Bryan and I am 21 years old. Yesterday I had the chance of driving my dream truck! A 2004 Toyota Tacoma double cab. It ran better than I could ever imagine. Looking to buy it, dealer wants $11,400 for it and it has 174,000 miles on it. What do y’all think? I currently have a 2004 Chevy Colorado that is paid off with the same mileage. Might trade it in and use it as down payment.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
If the frame is good I’d be getting off the couch. Good luck! Post pics.

Like Steve said, do a thorough inspection of the frame. Do you know it’s history? From the rust belt? Do a carfax or similar on it, or have your local mechanic check it out. 174k wouldn’t bother me at all if everything checks out, good luck:cheers:

Update! Decided not to go for it unfortunately. They wanted too much in interest it is not worth it. I will find another!

Keep looking, you'll find one. It took me years to find my first Gen. Good luck.
