    Hi there,

My driver side (left) door lock motor went out a while ago and I'm just now getting to it. I took the lock assembly out of the door, replaced the motor, tested everything, and it worked.

However, I am experiencing a new "problem" (not sure if it really is one, though this is new to me), but when I lock my truck with the key fob I get the normal 1 beep, then followed by 3 rapid beeps that I am not used to hearing.

What does that mean and how do I make it not do that?

After work I'm going to disconnect the battery and reconnect to see if that resolves it.

Last bump, d/c'ing and reconnecting the battery didn't make any difference. Does anyone have any recommendations/insights? Thanks for your time.
