Hard starting after cool stall

    2002 toyota tacoma base 2.7 std shift
    none
    My truck 2002 Toyota Tacoma has a 2.7 std shift . When it stalls on starting out from cool it start hard .
    If it had a carburetor I would say it was on fire . Fire burns out it starts .
    It don't seen to have a problem when warm.
