    So...any access cab bubbas having this issue? Seems odd this would only apply to double cabs. So far mine isn't having issues but can't see the paint or paint process being any different.

    That sounds like good news. I can't believe Toyota would put such bad paint on their trucks.

    They're handcuffed a bit with EPA regulations and what not along with all other car manufacturers. The Natural White 056 that I have on my 2004 V8 4Runner is in amazing shape but you can just feel that the paint is harder and more durable.
