Ok so i bought a 2022 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I know very little about trucks, but i saw one online that i really liked and basically just matched his. Got 285/70r17 KO2 tires, got some new rims FUEL Off-Road Shok D666 Wheels +1 offset. Got a stage 4 Icon lift kit.

Finally got it all together and had it installed at a "toys for trucks" well i got it back with a TON of issues, i knew going in i might have to get a Cab mount chop. and i definitely do! TONS of rubbing much more than then I ever expected. And looking at it I don't know if a chop mount will even fix all the problems. I'm rubbing on the sheet metal from the body. i will attach pictures to try and help you see. like i said I'm sure my terminology is off, but I'm trying my best to explain.

Then we get into the electrical issues, Brake light on, ABS light on, Pre-collision light on. Toy's said it was due to the sensor in the front being at a different angle. and that i would need to go to a dealership for them to reset it. Do you think that is what it is?

Guys and gals, I'm frustrated. i know the tires are bigger but i don't think i should be having this kind of issues. Isn't there a way on the lift to adjust the castors ( sorry if wrong terminology) to move the tires slightly forward or back? i will attach pics.

Any help would be appreciated, I know I'm an idiot, so you don't have to say it.

Had Stage 8 installed on my 2nd gen couple years back. After leaving the shop had some dash lights lit up... ended up they forgot to reinstall a wheel sensor.... plugged it back in and after a couple miles the lights went off. Just something to check. I could be wrong but it looks like the front tire is not centered in the wheel well. Might see if an alignment shop can move it a bit forward. Also, if you haven't already look into doing the pinch weld mod.

Steering angle sensor is not a cheap fix at dealer. Should’ve went to a shop that was more capable of doing the work.

Do you have an alignment print out.

It needs way more caster, its pushed way too far back.

They need to max the caster, its priority over the camber settings.

Nice rig! I have a similar set up, your wheel placement looks like what I had before I installed my uca, I think you need a better alignment shop, it took me 3 trys to find somebody knowledgable, stock specs need to be thrown out the window
