Push button issues

I have a 2016 Tacoma limited. Sometimes my push button start keeps engaging the starter as the motor turns on. On a regular start you would hear the starter for a second or two, the issue is when it lasts for 5 or more seconds. Usually the the engine sputters starts and its fine but hearing the starter compete with the engine I tend to hit the button again and it stops everything. I press it again and it starts fine. it has not yet occurred twice in a row. I would say this issue comes up 1-2 times in 50 starts. would be more concerned if the frequency increases.
