I posted this up under wheels and tires forum but not getting any replies, so trying it here.

Anyone have experience with tire mount/balance at 4 wheel parts? They're one of the few places (and best price) I've found that is willing to put aftermarket tires on aftermarket rims. The other national stores I've tried (discount, costco, tirerack) either won't do it due to liability concerns or are pretty dang expensive.

Also want to keep TPMS (i know there are varying opinions on this but I want to do it) and planning to put Autel sensors in SCS Blaze 10s including the spare for 5-tire rotations. I have the reprogramming tool and will sell the OEM wheels with the sensor in place. Any reason not to do this from a functional standpoint, ie any problems with Autel fitting in SCS wheels or not working as advertised. Truck is a 2023 OR

    Input appreciated!

I had excellent service at the 4WP warehouse in DFW and would go to them in a second if I were still local. I will NEVER do business with 4WP online again as I couldn't get anyone to answer emails or their customer service number when a couple of LED pod lights were on backorder and took 3 months to make it to me. NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I order from 4WP online. I would do business with a warehouse in my area though.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    No experience with them.

My tire dealer will mount and tires to what ever wheels I have for Free bought from them. I get good prices on any tire.

If the tires come from else where $50.00 per tire more the fair to me.

+1 on what mic_sierra said, will not order from them online, and I likely wont ever buy parts from them again period, because my in-person experience was underwhelming, too.

I ordered a new set of wheels and tires through them for the same reasons you mentioned op, along with new UCAs. I placed my order, and didnt hear anything for over a week. I reached out, unsure if I had missed something or what, and never got a reply.

I looked up my order after finding the tracking page on their website, tracked my order which was shipped to the local shop, and saw that some of it had arrived while other parts hadn't. I called to see if the shop had received anything not reflected online, and they weren't much help as they pulled up the same page I was looking at. I called themm regularly over the course of a couple weeks, but no one was able to clarify if or when my tires may be shipped.

Long story short, after more than 2 weeks, 4 of my 5 tires never shipped and I never heard a reason. I cancelled the order and bought the tires from another local shop. I brought them to 4wp to mount and install, mostly because I needed the UCAs done too, and they had my wheels, and I didn't want to shop around for another place to do all of it in one go. If that hadn't been my situation, I likely would have canned the whole order and found another way.

All in all, I say avoid going through 4wp for wheels and tires. Maybe an in person purchase would go better, but I likely won't try again.
