All over the LA freeways, with speeds well over 115 mph, topping out at 145+ mph and 85-90 mph on the surface streets, all in traffic. At those speeds, it's strictly a helicopter pursuit - and the guy was only wearing a tee shirt, Levis and tennis shoes, with a helmet. I think he was running out of gas. It's on YouTube.

    It was fun to watch. The reporter said there are chases almost nightly, but they end quick, the bikes are just too fast and are gone. This time there happened to be a police helicopter overhead when it started.
