Also curious, since it looks to be pointed downhill and not all that offcamber.

I'm thinking broken cv axle or something; if the only issue was off camber...then

Turn driver and move forward without hitting the brakes

Did a little zooming-in sleuthing; looks like the passenger-rear wheel is off the ground.
It's SR5, so guessing no locker.
That leaves the front axle, where you can see the wheels are cranked all the way passenger because, I guessing, he's looking for traction.
I bet it's hung up on something in the front too, so is basically turtled.

If that's the case and nothing is actually broken, a shovel and some rock stacking (or traction boards if you're bougie) should do it.
    Or a little tug downhill...

edit: Still waiting on the actual story tho!

The internet sleuths are out in full force - essentially this, with the added fun of front pass. wheel being firmly stuck at the base of a tall boulder and rear driver being pinned between two rocks. The truck has no locker and not enough oomph to reverse over the rocks at the rear, and the front driver was digging in, causing the truck to want to tip. Wound up digging a channel for the front tires and pushing it off the rock at front with a rope anchored at the back to keep it from rolling. Butts were fully puckered, but it worked!

*edit to add that there was no way to turn the wheel, and yes - we are recovery noobs:D
