I've had this kit for about 2 years now and finally have begun the process of building the truck.

The journey to long travel (for those interested in the story)
Bought the truck new in 2017 and always knew one day I'd go long travel. A couple years into owning the truck, I installed the Dirt King mid-travel kit, upper arm double shear kit, Total Chaos spindle gussets, and paired that with ICON suspension for the front. I also installed the Archive Garage Hammer Hangers and bed stiffening bar, for suspension I chose the ICON RXT Leaf Pack, shocks, and bump stops.

Eventually learning the trucks suspension and out-driving that, I knew long-travel was somewhere in the future. About a year into Covid, my buddy found a guy on Race-Dezert who was selling his LSK long-travel front end, shocks, and DMZ SUA kit, shocks, front fenders, and bed cage. The deal was great, so I pulled the trigger and bought it all. Not having a work space to do the install until recent, the kit sat, but I finally began install a few weeks ago.

I manage to keep adding things here and there that weren't in the initial plans, such as the JD Fabrication billet tie rods, and the lower arm pivots. Also in the plans are new mount mounts/perches, transmission mount, re-gear (probably to 4.88s?), wheels and tires, JD Fabrication inner fender replacements...the list goes on, but those are some immediate attention needed ones.

    Build List...

    • LSK +4.5" Long travel
    • King 2.5 x 8" Coilovers
    • King 3.0x8 3 tube bypass shocks

    • JD Fabrication Lower Arm Pivots
    • JD Fabrication Billet tie rods
    • Dirt King upper arm double shear kit

    Rear end:
    • DMZ Fab frame boxing kit
    • DMZ Fab SUA kit
    • DMZ Fab Bed Cage
