Should I run wire to the doors and use the factory wiring for the dash or run to dash and use door factory wiring

What are you doing ? New speakers and amping them ? Keeping the factory head unit? Me personally, I just replaced my head unit amped front speakers added sub and pulled all new wire to each.

You will need to run new wire to the dash location either way. They make adapters that let you use the factory wire for your doors. works like a charm

going to need to be more specific on what you're doing. speakers, and head unit setup being used, and how you intend to use it.

i'm currently bi-amped with my pioneer 80-prs(supports it with the built-in hu amp) by simply using the oem speaker wiring with a tweeter bypass harness to get to the door speakers, and then i ran my own tweeter wiring through the dash off the back of the radio..

technically, my door speakers are the 'rear' output of the hu, the tweeters are connected to the 'front' output.
