After roughly one year my passenger side headlight went out, but high beams worked. I contacted them and sent them a video of the headlight. They shipped me out one free of charge and paid shipping return of my faulty one. Unbeknownst to me, there was a change from last years model to this years model. All four projectors are on and the innermost one (closest to the grill) doubles has the high beam. On the previous model, that projector was only on when the high beams were on. So needless to say my drivers side vs passenger side now looked different. I contacted them and told me the models had updated this year, they again shipped me out a brand new headlight for the driver's side so they would match, free of charge.

I cannot say enough good things about them.

I don't see it as low quality, I've had them on two different builds and both performed flawlessly. Honestly it was probably my fault as I lost the rear cover to one of the projectors so it was exposed to the elements for months.

AlphaRex is just a cheap Chinese white-lable product importer, they don't make anything. They can easily warranty them since you are paying an absurd amount in markup for them to just flip a product to you, they could probably warranty them multiple times and still make a profit off how cheap the lights are. All they need is a warehouse to store the bulk shipments from China, they don't have any cost in design or manufacturing. The build quality isn't just low, the light quality is low and some of the worst in aftermarket headlights dumping tons of foreground light, and not at all placing the light where it is supposed to go in a proper headlight pattern. They might make for some good IG posts, as long as you don't need to actually use them as a headlight.

Great that you had a good customer support experience, but as mentioned it doesn't fix a low quality product and doesn't fix bad optics in a headlight.
