    I keep getting this code.
, ive replaced the sensor, fuel cap and some vacuum lines. Checked the voltage everything seems to be okay. Any idea on what the issue could be?

Make sure the gas cap is closing. Fully sealed. Make sure it clicks at least.
There could be a crack or leak somewhere on the line. Part of it is plastic.
There's also an evap canister and you may have gotten gas in there.
Check purge solenoid, sensor, purge valve.

Possibly the gaskets are cracked on the gas tank access plates.

I had this issue with my 2004. Turned out to be the roll over valve. All the gaskets were shot too. A smoke machine leak tester is how I found the issue.

I used the evap port. The system changed in 2003, so ours are different. I believe there is a hose near your charcoal can that needs to be pinched off. I don't know which one. For me it was a 18mm hose going up to the filler neck. My charcoal can is under the bed. Check out some youtube videos

On the 2001 the evap canister is under the hood near the battery
