New to Tacoma Community

hello,

My name is Eric. I just bought a 2020 tacoma used. I don't like the halogen look an wanna upgrade to an LED W/ LED DRL. Like the newer version TRD, but I've been doing research but no sell sells a kit/ wiring harness for my truck. So wondering if it's possible I seen someone on YouTube do it, that had the link to this community with the vender. trying to get some help.

Welcome to TW! You don’t want to put led’s in halogen housings, oncoming traffic will hate you. You could upgrade to better halogen’s, I run Sylvania Silverstar ZXE’s. These bulbs are bright, white in color and have a very nice cutoff.

@buckhuntin-tacoma yeah I could just add halogen ones, but I really just want the new TRD DRL an turn sequential on them they look really nice. It's not even about the lights at not mostly but that kinda just comes with the con of having LED lights. But thank you everyone for welcoming me an making me feel welcomed.

Welcome to TW! Like buckhuntin said, the Silverstars can get pretty crisp white and bright. Had them on previous vehicles and worked great without switching to LED.
