I have recently noticed that the lens on the CHMSL is cracked or “crazed” along the very bottom and the very top. It doesn’t look like it has been hit with anything. This is a 2018 Tacoma. Has anyone else noticed this problem.

Has it been it for recall on it? Recall is for potential leak, or leaking already. Guesss the crazing is from the FL heat/sun. Run your Vin to see if it is on recall.

    They crack quite common.

Not covered under the recall. The recall is for moisture intrusion into the cab.

Why I'm mentioning the recall is. If it hasn't been done he can have it done and purchase new lense. Free labor to correct this issue.

I’ll have to check my records but I believe I have already had the light checked for a leak. Thanks for the responses.
