    Just installed a set of Tyger Star nerf bars/faux sliders. Extremely happy with them. For my usage, I decided against actual frame mounted sliders. I had proper sliders on my jeep rubicon I just sold. Never needed them where I took my jeep and will be taking my new truck.

    Off road all the time here in Idaho, but nothing that would necessitate actual sliders. These are really well made, and heavy duty, with the achilles heal being they are mounted to the underside of the cab in the 6 running board threaded mounting holes and not the frame.

    Positives were price (under 400$), shipping (free) and extremely protective packaging.
    Installation was simple and under an hour taking my time and being anal. Everything lined up perfectly.

    They make excellent steps to access the roof for my future prinsu roof rack, and my wife loves them for getting into the truck.

    They seem like they are going to offer superior door ding protection from dickheads in tight parking spaces. Already heard lots of "pings" on them from small stuff flying off my tires and hitting the bars instead of my rocker panels.

    I'm not a fan of the name/logo and bro-stars on the 4 filler plate/steps. Will delete those with 4" wide skate board tape. Wasn't sure where to post this, so figured I'd just dump it in this thread since it's current and my truck is still white. All the other Tyger threads were pretty old.

    You know. I was looking at your truck (looks great BTW) and my truck again thinking.. Super White (mine is technically Ice Cap) isn't as 'super white' as the name suggests. It's really more eggshell at times. I was looking at the Tundra forums and saw this picture of a guy comparing his new Ice Cap Tundra to his old Super White Tundra. Looks way more yellow. I wonder why?
