E-brake cable pivot point?

    This e-brake bracket bolts to the top of the rear end. Can anyone tell me if the arrow is a pivot point or stationary?

    That is stationary on mine. It does pivot.

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    That needs to pivot.Unless things changed after 2001

    There should be 2 nylon bushing top and bottom and a Bolt with lock nut.

    It looks like the bottom part has been removed broken maybe.

    This is all part of the rear Cable..

    i have a cable off if you need better pictures

    That is correct. I apologize, when I initially checked the parking brake was engaged. It does in fact pivot.
