    Just gettin’ started
Found a decent price on oem taillights on eBay and installed them with the Meso Customs stage 1 LED taillight kit. Beating back the chrome a little at a time. Oh and finally got rid of the dealer decal on the tail gate.

I got an ArcticStart ARX-4900S Remote Start installed today.

It required two other modules to make it work (which I'll post up here in a bit) since mine is a 6 spd MT.,

    $570 parts and labor.

It has a keyfob and you can also use the Drone Mobile app to start it, turn it off and track it but an annual subscription is required.

    IMG_4493.jpg

These are the other two parts needed.

Wanted to scratch this wound one more time, I went into settings on my head unit and discovered my voice for the GPS was unchecked, so, I checked it (turned it on) and found out that my radio does not mute when that sexy AI lady tells me to turn right at the next light. But, she doesn’t talk long enough to make it an issue. One could always adjust the sexy lady’s volume up or down. Ok, done.

I’m going the same route you’re going with yours. I’ve decided to wait until spring to give the tires a little more wear.

Repaired a minor bumper casualty due to blind spots, rain, and impatient drivers at night driving right up on me when I was backing up. I couldn’t see some dumb hand rail in the dark with their stupid lights in my eyes. I was moving slow and got lucky by just tapping the rail. I can’t wait to put a real metal bumper on this thing. I mean, I can’t really complain right now because the bumper itself was a superficial fix where I just had to pop a few fasteners out and pull the black trim piece back up over the chrome caps.

I have my eyes on either the 4X Innovation rear bumper. https://www.4xinnovations.com/g3t_rear_bumper

    O
r the At The Helm rear bumper. https://athfab.com/product/2016-toyota-tacoma-standard-rear-bumper/

    The are both pretty sweet.

I decided to reward my close call with body damage with a wash to get the fall grime off. LOL.IMG_2546.jpgIMG_2545.jpgIMG_2544.jpg

Not the dog thread, but definitely like that sticker. These little brothers are rescues. I hate puppy mills.
