Best place to buy color matched paint?

I've gotten some pretty noticeable scars on my front bumper. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy just a small amount of paint?

 

The dealership, but the aged paint discoloration may “pop” the new touch-up paint to be almost as noticeable

 

How much is a small amount for you? Amazon sells touch up bottles like the ones you get from the dealer. I’ve seen them for about 15 bucks. If you’re looking to just touch up that’s perfect.

 

My Wife scratched up the plastic grille of her Hyundai. Paint shop wanted a lot to do it. I got a kit from Paint Scratch that included primer, paint, clear coat, laquer thinner, and cutting compound that was reasonable. Color match was excellent. You can tell it’s been touched up close in if you know where to look, but that’s on me and my ability.
