    I went through Conicelli Toyota.

Don’t buy the $78 flanged hold down bolt on the passenger side. Just go to the hardware store and get one for two bucks that will work fine. The flange doesn’t have to be quite as big as the factory bolt.
    Have fun!

I bought the parts as well. If you have the Vin# and the truck was originally bought with the hard tri-fold you can order replacement parts, which I did, My truck had the pins etc. already on it. But when you get all the parts you do not get instructions just 3 boxes of panels with weather stripping / gaskets and adhesive. I feel I have a part missing but would like to see a video of how to put the cover together PIECE BY PEICE... This is the vital part of the process, as you cannot put it on the truck unless you can do THIS or pay Toyota $500 to do...
so if anyone can help with THIS it would be a Godsend!

There are 2 rubber grommets that fit on the sides of the front bedside cover that are necessary to prevent water leaks. There is a thread in TW about them, showing them with part numbers. They are about $50 and necessary.
